Property Questionnaire Download

There are two types of property questionnaire. Either version is acceptable for inclusion in your Home Report. Both versions require a valid signature:

• A PDF version. This can be downloaded, printed and completed by hand.
• A MS Word version. If you have MS Word on your computer this document can be filled in on line, saved to your computer and then printed prior to signing.
